Where are you located?
We are located at 28752 Marguerite Parkway, Suite 6A, in Mission Viejo. For a map and directions to our shop, please visit our Contact Us page.

What days are you open?
We are open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are Closed on Weekends.

Can I order over the phone or through the website?
We encourage you to view many of our offered products online, and request that you fax or e-mail us your order. This is to ensure correct spelling for engraving. You can find our fax number and e-mail address on the Contact Us page.

What method of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Do you offer same day service?
Out of courtesy to our customers, all jobs are completed in the order received. Therefore, we are unable to offer same day service. Orders for product that is in stock can normally be completed within a day; however, that is subject to quantity of the order. It’s ALWAYS best to plan ahead!

What is your turn around for Personalized engraving (baby cup, platter, bracelet, knife, etc.)?
Please allow 3-4 business days for engraving.

Do you have gift items in stock?
Yes, we carry a variety of gift items; however, we do not carry personalized items such as baby cups, cake knives, toasting glasses, etc.

Do you engrave on the inside of rings?
We do not engrave on the inside of rings, but if you give us a call we will refer you to a local jeweler that does.

Do you engrave on Glass?
Yes, we sandblast most glass items that you provide, such as toasting glasses and vases.  Please allow 1 week turn around.

Do you engrave logos?
Yes, we require your logo to be sent to us via e-mail at There is aone-time set-up fee of $50.00; however, there is NO Charge for Schools.

Do you recycle old Trophies?
No, we do not recycle trophies.

Can I bring my dog to visit Shelby?
Of Course! We are very pet friendly!
